Rustic Porridge Breakfast
Ingredients for 1 portion
60g Honest-Oats' Organic Gluten Free Porridge Oats
20g Honest-Oats' Organic Gluten Free Bran
To garnish add crumbled walnuts, chopped dried apricot and chia seeds
Cooking method
This takes quite a lot of milk (I used unsweetened soya), probably about 300ml or so, but I haven’t specified as it depends on taste, I like my porridge quite runny!
Need to stir all the time, took about 15 mins to cook on a medium to high heat. This has a really good texture and flavour.
